Bomgar is a screen sharing/remote support application. After installing the Bomgar representative console, launch it from its directory location as defined during installation. Once you log in, the representative console will open, and a Bomgar icon will appear in your computer’s system tray.

Well it isn't as expensive as Saas tools. We used Bomgar a couple years back but just had a B100 and I dont' think it is offered any longer. Now I use remoet desktop and ScreenConnect. A fraction of what B200 would cost.

This is also good.
The software works well, Ammyy Admin doesn't require installation or specific config, works behind gateways NAT as well as within one LAN.
